การที่เราจะชวนใครสักคนคุยเราสามารถเริ่มต้นได้ง่าย ๆ จากการทักทายทั่วไปและเริ่มใช้คำถามง่ายตามนี้ได้เลยค่ะ  You can start talking with someone by using these expressions. กำเนิดอินเทอร์เน็ต       อินเทอร์เน็ตกำเนิดขึ้นครั้งแรกในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เมื่อ พ.ศ.  2512  โดยองค์กรทางทหารของสหรัฐอเมริกา ชื่อว่า ยู.เอส.ดีเฟนซ์ ดีพาร์ทเมนท์   ( U.S. Defence Department)  เป็นผู้คิดค้นระบบขึ้นมา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีระบบเครือข่ายที่ไม่มีวันตายแม้จะมีสงคราม ระบบการสื่อสารถูกทำลายหรือตัดขาด แต่ระบบเครือข่ายแบบนี้ยังทำงานได้ ซึ่งระบบดังกล่าวจะใช้วิธีการส่งข้อมูลในรูปของคลื่นไมโครเวฟ    ฝ่ายวิจัยขององค์กรจึงได้จัดตั้งระบบ เน็ตเวิร์กขึ้นมา เรียกว่า  เรียกว่า  ARPAnet ย่อมาจากคำว่า Advance Research Project Agency net  ซึ่งประสบความสำเร็จ และได้รับความนิยมในหมู่ของหน่วยงานทหาร องค์กร รัฐบาล และสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ เป็นอย่างมาก อินเทอร์เน็ตในประเทศไทย       ประเทศไทยได้เริ่มติดต่อกันทางอินเทอร์เน็ตในปี พ.ศ.  2530  ในลักษณะการใช้บริการจดหมายเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบแลกเปลี่...
